How much does speaker hire cost?

Our speakers start at £35/day for an Air 8, £55/day for a Stasys 8 sub and £90/day for an Air Motion top. Complete systems start at £95/day for the Bar Box. Weekend hire is roughly 1.5× the day rate — every price is on our rate card, ex VAT.

Do you deliver hired speakers?

Yes — delivery is free within 20 miles of Nottingham on hires over £500, then charged per mile. Or collect dry with photo ID, proof of address and a refundable deposit.

Can I hire speakers with an engineer?

Absolutely. Crewed hire includes delivery, rigging, an engineer on the desk and derig — most bookings over 200 guests choose it.

What speaker brands do you stock?

We're a Void Acoustics house: Air Motion, Stasys XV2, Stasys Xair, the legacy Stasys 8, Air 8 and Impulse 4T — plus Void Bias Q amplification on every hire.
