Home / School & PTA Laser Shows

The fundraiser your school talks about all year.

PTAs run on volunteers — so we arrive as the one part of the night that runs itself. Site survey, risk assessment and insurance certificates before your venue asks; a choreographed 15-minute show the whole school watches; and no fallout zone, so the burger stall stays exactly where it was.

Built for risk-averse bookings

Every show is signed off by a Laser Safety Officer with audience-scanning calculated to MPE limits, public liability insurance documented, and CAA notification for skyward beams handled by us. Your head teacher gets the paperwork pack up front — most say it's easier than the bouncy castle.

Make it the fundraiser

Sell the countdown: the Big Red Button add-on lets the raffle winner fire the show. Run it twice — early show for little ones, late show for everyone else — something fireworks can never do on one budget.

Questions we get asked

How close can children be to the show?

Far closer than fireworks — there's no fallout zone. Safe distances are calculated per site by our Laser Safety Officer and marked with your stewards at the survey; a typical school field has room to spare.

What does the school need to provide?

A field or playground, access from about 2pm, and stewards for the crowd line we mark. We bring everything else including power.

What if it rains on the night?

The show runs — IP65 weatherproof lasers, and rain genuinely makes beams look better. That's half the sales pitch versus fireworks.

How much can a PTA make on a laser night?

Schools charging £5–8 entry with 300–500 attendees typically clear well over the show cost — and the repeatable early/late double show effectively doubles capacity.
