When you send an enquiry or build a rig quote on this site, we collect the details you provide (name, contact details, event information) solely to respond to your enquiry and administer any hire. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Enquiries are delivered to our booking team by email and retained only as long as needed for quotes, bookings and our legal obligations (such as accounting records). ID documents taken for dry hire are checked, recorded minimally and not retained longer than the hire and deposit process requires.
